For Virtual Products (Downloads; Memberships; E-mail Delivery)

  1. Virtual products (or their access or release details, in case of products that are pre-sold or released at a certain date or time, such as a zoom session or a pre-sold course) become immediately available upon purchase (completing the buying process). Refunds are not allowed. Read Refund and Returns policy.
  2. We do not place country restrictions on our virtual products and services, it i.e. beyond our scope to monitor local policy. Download at your responsibility.
  3. Various products are delivered differently: Some are downloads from our website; some are downloads from partner websites and their policies will apply. Other products are emailed. Some are memberships on platforms such as Facebook or Telegram. In each case, the product description will describe the delivery modality and you can choose whether it suits you or not. We will not be help if you bought in error and that platform does not suit you or truncate service in your region due to unexpected reasons.
  4. In case of email deliverables, pleasure ensure that the email address is correct; check SPAM if the email has gone amiss. Contact us with receipt & registered email address if you cannot locate the email.
  5. Some memberships and digital products are sold as pre-orders and are made available on the promised date. Any shifts are duly communicated.
  6. At this time, we cannot guarantee continuation of government or platform policies for products available through platforms on which our products and offerings are made available.

For Physical Products

Currently, there are no physical items being sold at HubbAllah.com. The policy will be updated when this changes.
