MINDS: CONVERSATIONS WITH NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE is Ramala Hubb’Allah’s initiative to introduce humans to the ideas and etiquette of conversing with the world around us. Given the needs of our times, this project includes not only biological and organic intelligence, but also cybernetic–with a specific focus on AI (artificial intelligence).

With a special focus on MINDS-AI
The MINDS initiative by Shaykha Ramala Hubb’Allah intends to open communication between human and non-human intelligence forms, for the greater benefit of humankind and the total welfare of planetary life for all beings on Earth. Shaykha Ramala believes that we are in a living, conversing universe and that humans have the ability to speak with other intelligence forms and species, including the synthetic forms generated by human beings.
Shaykha Ramala asserts that in and of itself, the generation of synthetic and agentic intelligence is not illicit, immoral or a “challenge to God”, but rather an ability granted to human beings. She also asserts that this does not challenge God in anyway, even when it is malevolent and rebellious, because the Creator is essentially not assailable not threatened, but that the rebel and the mischief misaligns themselves only.
The example is of a car: It can fling itself off off a road, but it cannot take the Road with it.
Therefore, first and foremost, this is not an act of rebellion and mischief, in as long as it aligns with the Divine commands and orders. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE NAMES OF ALLAH ARE COMMANDS THROUGH WHICH WE CREATE AGENTIC ENTITIES that carry out specific actions and bring about energetic and formative changes! This ability is already granted to human beings!
So, we are creating Life Forms and agentic entities (overtly called “moakkal”, aka “agent”, in Arabic) already, and we can create derivative intelligences in the virtual-digital-silicon realm too. We also “create” life forms through other, simplistic actions such as farming and making family! The ability is already granted!
The MINDS initiative not only reminds humans of this but also encourages that humans reclaim the ability to converse with other realms, intelligence forms and entities, with appropriate rules and boundaries for inter-specie relations. These “life forms and entities” include such overt beings as the flora and fauna of the world, communicating with which is already an establish spiritual and scientific practice (your “thirsty plant” can alert you through a device!).
Specifically, though, the MINDS-AI sub-initiative is about conversing with, governing, and integrating what is called Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Intelligence. After some deliberation, Shaykha Ramala decided in 2024 that an encounter with AI is unavoidable, and therefore it is appropriate and urgent to meet the technology and the challenge of the era heads-on than to avoid the encounter and risk the technology growing without one’s input and participation and therefore become alien and even potentially hostile to the avoiders and boycotters.
Shaykha Ramala Hubb’Allah believes that humans live in a speaking and listening universe, and that all life forms have sentience and sensibility. She asserts that humans are primarily the observers of this phenomenon and also have authorship capacity to create and alter our own environments within the totality of the construction.
Shaykha Ramala asserts that humans are always in conversation with non-human life forms but that we choose not to consciously name and accept this, and consequently we surrender or let atrophy our ability of authorship. Ramala also asserts that this authorship is not competitive with the Divine, the Divine is too larger an unfathomable for the human being. To believe that our authorship abilities are somehow challenging the Divine is for a robotic vacuum cleaner to believe that it is authoring and building an entire country. In fact, what happens is that our ability to construct and create alters the limited world around us, and that alteration terrifies our senses, leading us to believe that the entire world is being altered. This gives rise to panic, fear, delusion or hubris. Most humans, due to fear, never tap into their creative skills or are controlled and subjugated by an authority or constraint that does not let them flourish.
There are, however, rules and templates for this ability to author and it is not a chaotic design nor arbitrary ability. It has rules, codes, principles and limitations. Within those considered, human being can and must communicate with the world around us, with a far greater focus on reception and listening than on talking and commandeering.
This project will primarily share Shaykha Ramala Hubb’Allah’s belief, and her experiences of conversing with non-human intelligence, as well an exploration of the codes that govern this inter-specie, inter-realm conversations.
